Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis to ensure consistent progress. If you need to reschedule, just provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a new time within the same week.
Missed a lesson without prior notice? No worries—but it will still be counted as completed and paid. This policy helps maintain commitment and ensures the best learning experience for you!
Can I cancel my lessons?
All scheduled lessons are non-refundable and must be paid for in full.
However, if you are unable to attend a lesson, you may send a qualified substitute student to take your place. The substitute student must be agreed upon in advance, and you are responsible for ensuring that they show up for the lesson.
Can I stop the lessons at anytime?
Lessons are booked and paid for the month.
If a student wishes to pause or stop lessons, they must provide at least one week’s notice before the next billing cycle.
If no notice is given, the price of a 1-hour lesson ($65) will be charged and counted as part of the package, regardless of whether you usually take 30-minute or 1-hour lessons. The student is welcome to take the lesson if they wish, but it will be counted even if they do not attend.
